More owl pellets
This is our Apple Day on Tuesday, September 20.
Everyone brought an apple to school, and we made applesauce with it.
We wrote the recipe in our Apple Book. We read Johnny Appleseed in our reading books, then we wrote about it. We also did some estimating with some Apple Jacks cereal. It was a fun day!

Action!
We have been studying the 13 colonies in Social Studies.
We were talking about what it would be like to come to a new country with hardly anything. We thought the children would probably make their own toys, so we made some toys from things we found on the playground like the colonist probably did a long time ago.
